The Shadow facility
One of the benefits of holding EnCompass on our computers is that we can see exactly what you are up to! Well only on EnCompass, and only when you give permission.
This facility has proven itself many times by assisting with one-off queries and refresher lessons.
If there is something that looks tricky, for example how to finalise a recommendation and make a start to next year, users may call the GrowHow Advice Centre or a GrowHow Adviser. Then we can work through the question using the shadow facility and both be looking at the same screens.
"Virtual" training sessions are easy to organise -

Real situations only
Session likely to last 30 minutes, and there will be a guillotine at 45 minutes.
