Citrix gateway - favourites
Encompass Tip of the Week - Citrix access gateway
To access EnCompass enter: https://www.growhowencompass.co.uk in your address bar.
If typing, always type in https:// before the web address. The site is a secure site (the s bit). When we type in an address with "www.etc.co.uk" the browser only looks for http:// locations.
Once at the gateway add the site to your favourites.
With the gateway on screen click on Favourites from the menu bar and select Add to favourites from the drop down list. Click OK to add to the main list or change the site name and/or folder location first. (There are other ways but this works in IE6 and IE7).
To make access even quicker open your favourites list, click and hold on the gateway link and drag to your desktop area.
Then it is one click on your desktop, through the gateway and the world of EnCompass awaits.
